Gregory Bridges
Managing Director
Greg has been the Managing Director of Bridges for over 20 years. He is an ordained church minister and has a wealth of experience insuring businesses, churches and charities as well as personal insurances. When he gets some free time, he enjoys travelling, sailing, skiing and, of course, being a grandparent and dad to his four children and four grandchildren.

Tracy Beach
Commercial Manager
Tracy's working life has been spent in the insurance world, mainly broking. She joined Bridges in 2015 and works predominantly with commercial clients. She has a love of travel, live music and socialising with her family and friends.

Jeanette Rogers
Accounts Manager
Jeanette has been working at Bridges since 2011, looking after the accounts. She also organises our office and Christmas parties so, although her official title is 'Accounts Manager', she is more commonly known as the ‘Social Secretary’! Outside of work, she has two grown-up children and a granddaughter whom she enjoys spending time with. To relax, she likes to read and socialize with her friends.

Carmen Young
Property Manager
Carmen joined Bridges shortly after leaving school in 1998. She has worked extensively across various areas within the company and now specialises in the Property Insurance sector. Carmen and her husband have two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising, being outdoors and travelling.

Dave Dann
Property Account Handler
Dave joined Bridges in 2022 to assist our Property Department. He and his wife have one son and a Cavapoochon dog. Outside of work, Dave enjoys eating out with friends, early morning bike rides and walking in the woodlands with the family. He loves sunrises as they make him feel more energised for the day and sunsets as they make him appreciate the smaller things in life.

Nathan Friend
Commercial Consultant
Nathan joined Bridges in 2003 and started by assisting with compliance, personnel and health & safety. He is now fulfilling a Commercial Account Executive Role, providing advice to businesses charities and churches around the UK. Outside of work, he plays badminton, watches football and manages the Audio/Visual team at his local church. He has a wife and two sons.

Gemma Barton
Property Account Handler
Gemma returned to Bridges in 2022 after a 10 year break raising her two children with her husband. She has re-joined the property department. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, long walks with her two dogs and going on holiday.

Denise Wheeler
Business Development
Denise joined Bridges in 2021 with her focus being on extending Bridges' portfolio of clients. Church is a big part of her life, being involved in youth work for many years. She has three 'grown-up' children and has a love of all things outdoors- including walking, cycling and sailing.

Peter joined Bridges in 2021 as an apprentice in the property team. Outside of work, he enjoys ice skating and previously competed for great Britain. He also enjoys skateboarding and playing board games.

Holly joined our team in 2023, and is part of the Commercial and Property team. Outside of work she likes going on walks; spending days in London; watching theatre shows, going out for dinner and spending time with her family.

Peter Wallace
Compliance Support
Peter joined Bridges in 2023 after 30 or so years in local government! Working part-time, he assists with monitoring/implementing compliance duties. Peter is married with one daughter. His compass in life is being a Christian. He attends a local church and works with a couple of charities involved in community support and homelessness. He enjoys spending time with his family and chilling : )

Alysha joined Bridges in 2022 as an apprentice to assist in Personal Lines. Outside of work, she enjoys completing escape rooms, being around animals and socialising with friends and family.

Katy Goodban
Personal Lines Consultant
Katy joined Bridges in 2018. She has over eight years of experience working in Personal Lines Insurance, including home and private car. She brings a lot of energy to the team with her personal and friendly approach. Outside of work, she is a social bee and enjoys taking part in activities and volunteering at her local church, as well as travelling to warmer climates.
