A unique insurance package for private roads and residential estates

For whom is this policy designed?

Estate Select is for those responsible for managing and maintaining common areas within a residential estate or on a private road. Typically, a policyholder would be a director of a residents’ association or a property management company, or a property owner or developer.

What cover does it offer?

The core cover is Public Liability, which is indispensable. You can also choose to include cover for employers’ liability, material damage to structures, breakdown of plant, removal of damaged trees and/or Directors’ liability (standalone policy). 

How is our policy different?

Estate Select offers a variety of important covers, but it’s up to you to tailor the policy as required. If the common areas extend to a small patch of grass and the concern is only that the postman trips on a tree root, perhaps you’ll want Public Liability on its own; if it’s a large development with communal facilities, you might opt for the whole package.
